Pre-orders and Allocations
For pre-ordered products, Zerion TCG is not responsible for manufacturer production delays. In the event of supply shortages (allocations), orders will be fulfilled on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Unfulfilled orders will be fully refunded.
Pricing
Prices are final at the time of purchase. No price adjustments will be made if the market value of the cards changes after the purchase.
Disputes and Mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact contact@zerion-tcg.com for an amicable solution.
In accordance with French consumer law, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge:
